Ferdelance 3MF Repair ("the Service") is operated by Ferdelance3D LLC, a veteran-owned business in Lufkin, Texas. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
The Service. Ferdelance repairs 3D model files (3MF, STL) in your web browser. Files are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.
Your files. You keep all rights to your models. We never receive, store, or claim any rights over the files you repair.
Subscriptions. Pro subscriptions ($4.99/month or $49.99/year) are billed through Stripe and include a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. You can cancel any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Trials canceled before the 3rd day are never charged.
Refunds. If something isn't working for you, email us within 14 days of a charge and we'll make it right.
No warranty. Mesh repair modifies geometry. Always inspect repaired files in your slicer before printing. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and Ferdelance is not liable for failed prints, material costs, or any indirect damages.
Fair use. A Pro subscription licenses one person to repair files for their own projects and their own products — hobby or commercial, no repair limits. It does not cover account sharing, or offering repairs as a service to third parties (for example, running a mesh-repair service for other designers from one account). If that's your business, email us — we'll set you up with a business license. Don't abuse, resell, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
